Manage Care Marketing Solutions II (MCMSII) is essentially a consulting company whose mission is to giving small and medium-sized businesses the tools to compete in the modern age of business. We are a community-driven and forward-focused organization. Most of our work comes from by State and Federal government contract to provide support or consulting for a large-scale change. While we have the most experience in the healthcare sector, our multi-disciplinary staff has backgrounds in the information technology, legal, and finance industries.

We poses a field of law that encompasses federal, state, and local law, rules, regulations and other jurisprudence among providers, payers and vendors to the health care industry and its patients, and delivery of health care services, with an emphasis on operations, regulatory and transactional issues.
